Field visit 40 ?
The registration fees include: admittance to all the sessions of the symposium, the conference bag and documentation, welcome cocktail, coffee breaks, transportation from Congress Centre to the place of the gala dinner, the gala dinner.

The registration fee does not include: transportation, accomodation (hotel and meals), the field visit.

The field visit fee includes all the costs of the visit: transport and lunch break.

For the student fee, we will ask you to present a justification document. Please scan the document and send it to : inscription_isda2010@supagro.inra.fr

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation should be notified by email (inscription_isda2010@supagro.inra.fr) or fax (33 (0)4 67 45 31 70)
Cancellation received before May 1: 20 % penalties
Cancellation received between May 1 and June 13: 50 % penalties
Cancellation received after June 14: 100 % penalties (no refund).

If you need an invitation letter or an invoice

If you need an invitation letter or an invoice for your institution or to ask for a visa, please follow these steps :
1 – Register through the website and chose the paiement option : “Bank transfer”. You will get an pro-forma invoice at the end of the process.
2 – Write to inscription_isda2010@supagro.inra.fr asking for an invitation letter.
3 – If you succeed in obtaining funding or your visa, you can then confirm your registration by paying.

Funding possibilities

Agropolis Foundation, CTA, and IFAD will contribute to the Southern Program to support participants who have difficulties to finance their venue.

Our priority will go to young researchers (up to 35 years old) from non-OECD countries, preferentially those who have submitted abstracts.
